SKATEBOARD MINISTRY PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Use your love of skateboarding to introduce young people to faith in Christ, helping them develop their skills and passion for skateboarding in a world-class facility known as The Edge. This growing ministry is always looking for new staff to help meet the needs of the young people who participate. You will work with a talented staff team as well as amazing volunteers to reach into the culture and skate scene in Winnipeg, and change lives.
CLIMBING WALL / WILDERNESS ADVENTURE DIRECTOR
Combine your love of wall-climbing and/or the great outdoors to motivate young people to overcome physical challenges, develop bushcraft/camping skills, grow in confidence and ability, and introduce them to the Gospel. You will oversee Program Coordinators who share your passion, and together change lives.
JOB STUDIO: PROGRAM STAFF
The Job Studio, a program of Work Force, is looking for a part time or full time staff to work with youth ages 16 to 20. In this ministry you have the possibility to influence the future and the hopes of North End youth who often don't dare to dream much. Through teaching, skill development and mentoring we try to help them know and develop their potential. We are looking for someone to develop a new area of this ministry. Access to a vehicle is a must, experience with undervalued youth preferred.
WORKFORCE: SUMMER STAFF
As a summer staff member, you will create and implement amazing programs and engage young people in meaningful relationships. Working with a dedicated team of full-time staff, you will give young people in the community opportunities to do something new, discover who they are, gain important job skills, and encounter Jesus.
We are looking for a well-organized HR professional who is passionate about people and has a heart for ministry. YFC has a need for ministry workers and the proper recruitment and management of our human resources is vital to YFC continuing to minister to thousands of youth every year. The HR Manager works at recruiting new staff, managing current staff resources, monitors staff performance, morale, implements and enforces policies and procedures, creates training opportunities for staff and more.
SOCCER LEAGUE COORDINATOR
Be a vital part of one of YFC Winnipeg’s fastest-growing ministries, using your passion for soccer to reach young people with the Gospel. You will take a leadership role in one of the two soccer leagues operating through this ministry, helping young people not only develop their skills and love of the sport, but in many cases helping them acclimate as newcomers to Canada.
WORKFORCE: MALE STAFF
There are a lot of undervalued youth in Winnipeg’s North End. At Work Force we are journeying with teens, ages 12 to 15 to help them realize their value, worth and give them hope for a future. We are looking for a male staff, 35 to 40 hours/week to work together with existing staff to run programs, mentor youth, work with volunteers and share Jesus with our youth. Depending on gifts and talents, this could involve being a program co-ordinator, point person or co-leading in our youth church, youth group or summer employment program. Access to a vehicle is a must and experience with undervalued youth preferred.

Overseeing every aspect of the youth centre in Stonewall, MB, you will play a major role in connecting the community with our goal and mission. Whether through dynamic programming, community involvement, or moments of critical leadership, you will provide the young people of the Stonewall area with a safe place to play, learn, and grow.

This person will co-ordinate activities of the youth center including recruiting, training and celebrating our volunteers. Preference given to female candidates.
